A hungry soul constantly craves for good and innovative food. She loves experimenting in the kitchen, trying new ingredients and new cuisines. She was born and grew up in north of China. Although she lived in different parts of China before she moved to Poland 5 years ago.

She spent half of her childhood in the kitchen of a restaurant, so cooking has been something she had always knew how to do. Living in Poland has driven her to learn how to make a wide range of different Chinese cuisine.

During her workshop she will prepare food she grew up eating, food she had and loved from other regions of China when she traveled. From simple and typical home made meals to fancy restaurant dishes. Giving you all aspects of authentic Chinese cuisine!
